2.2. Data received from booking platforms and agencies

• The names of the persons accompanying you;

• Booking details: booking number, arrival and departure dates, room type, number of persons, rate, amendments, and cancellations;

• The preferences you indicated when booking, including those relating to dietary requirements or accessibility.

 

2.3. Data you provide to us directly.

• When booking directly: Your name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, and details of the stay requested.

• At check-in: The data contained in your identity document (type of document, series and number, issuing authority, date of issue), date of birth, nationality, your signature on the registration form, additional consumption and services during your stay, as well as the information you provide to us in the context of requests or complaints.

2.4. Copy of the identity document

We verify your identity document by presentation in order to confirm that the person checking in is the person in whose name the booking was made.

We retain a copy of your identity document on the basis of Article 6(1)(f), read together with Article 53(1) of Law No. 195/2024. The legitimate interest pursued is the establishment and recovery of damage caused to the room or to property, and of sums left unpaid for services provided.

The copy is destroyed at check-out, save where, at check-out, damage, an unpaid sum, or a dispute is identified and recorded in writing. In that case, the copy is retained until the matter is resolved by payment, waiver, or agreement, but for no longer than 6 months from the date of the record.
